WatchGuard Foam is the spray polyurethane foam line of Oak Ridge Foam & Coating Systems, offered under the WatchGuard private-label brand. Foam is in the company name for a reason — it has been part of this business since the beginning, alongside the polyurea coatings that go over it.
That combination is the actual differentiator. Most foam suppliers hand you foam and wish you luck sourcing a membrane; most coating manufacturers do not make foam at all. Here the roofing foam and the OR-80SLM membrane that goes over it come from the same manufacturer, and when there is a question about the assembly, one company answers it.
Insulation and coatings for punishing service are the whole business. We do not also make house paint.

For Applicators
If you run a rig, we supply material and back it with technical support from people who understand proportioner behavior, not just chemistry on paper. Off-ratio foam, poor rise, scorching, cold-deck adhesion problems — these are equipment and conditions questions as often as they are product questions, and that is how we approach them.
Private labeling matters more in foam than most applicators realize. When a homeowner or a farm owner gets three quotes, the material brand on the drum is one of the few things they can compare, and every national brand is priceable online. Your own branded foam takes you out of that comparison entirely.
If you are also doing roof work, the foam-and-coat combination is the highest-margin thing a rig can do, and you already own the equipment.

Foam is a consumable. Every rig you put in the field burns through drums continuously, and if you are selling the equipment without selling the material you are handing the recurring revenue to somebody else.
A private-labeled foam line gives you a product your customers cannot price-shop against you, in a category where they will be reordering every few weeks for as long as they are in business.
